What is iGoogle?
iGoogle is a personalized homepage you can make with Google. You can add at-a-glance items and information from Google and other web sites such as Smart Credit. When you design your iGoogle page, you can choose and organize content such as:

What are iGoogle Gadgets?
iGoogle Gadgets are simple programs (mini-applications) designed to link to information you want to see. An example of a gadget is a stock quote gadget which you can place on your iGoogle homepage and personalize with your stocks you wish to track.
How secure and private is the Smart Credit Gadget?
No information is saved on Google’s servers nor does Google or any 3rd party have access to any of your information. We recommend that you use a secure computer and logout of your iGoogle home page account when you are not attending your computer, especially if you are using a public network or computer.
Also, we suggest you access iGoogle over https to ensure that all of the information which passes through is secure. You can do this by typing https://www.google.com/ig to access your iGoogle homepage.
Can I initiate a Smart Action or see my Credit Scores in the Smart Credit Gadget?
You will not be able to initiate a Smart Action or see your Credit Scores within the Smart Credit Gadget.
Do I need to have an iGoogle account to use the Smart Credit Gadget?
It is not necessary, but recommended. The Smart Credit Gadget will work if you have not activated your iGoogle home page. The Smart Credit Gadget you add will only be saved on your iGoogle page on your web browser within a cookie. It will be limited to the computer and browser you added it to. You will need to activate your iGoogle homepage account to have it mobile from one computer to another.
